About the event
Join Artist Beth Hopp
We will be creating a beautiful spring porch leaner, with a special bonus painting. In the evening we will get together for fun, games, snacks and of course our favorite beverage.
Supper is included with homemade soups, salad, croissants, meat & cheeses, and of course desserts. Continental breakfast is included with the room.
Tammy's Therapeutic Massages will be joining us as well, so be sure to sign up for her amazing chair massage!
What are we going to paint?
We will be creating a beautiful spring porch leaner on a 5' x 12" pine wood board, with two designs to choose from. No painting experience is necessary to paint this project. It is an easy step-by-step beginner painting with all supplies included. The project will be broken down into three sessions, taking our time to relax and enjoy each step. We always use breathing to stay in the relaxing creative mode.
Bonus painting!!
For our bonus, we will be painting a 4th of July themed picture. Can't wait to share it with you!
Where are we staying?
At the beautiful Garden Grove Retreat Center, located in Garden, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Garden Grove has given us fantastic discounted rates for our retreat. There are several rooms with private baths, as well as shared baths, so book your room soon. Please register for your room separate from the Spring Retreat registration.
Don't forget about Fayette State Park, only 10 minutes away. So, stay an extra night and see the sights.
