About the Instructor
Nick Hannar has been a practicing yogi since 2017 when a severe back injury, caused by a fall into a waterfall, pushed him to the medicine that is yoga. A year later he started training, and received his YTT 200 from Karina Mirsky, during this time he also started training with teacher Kara Aubin. He studied under Kara for three and a half years, completing her year-long Sva Sadhana & Ayurvedic training. Nick is also a shamanic practitioner and energy healer and holds a Masters of Divinity from Ecumenical Theological Seminary.
**As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.
